Leverbrain provides AI security testing services ("Red") and AI assistant products ("Shadow") as described on our website. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leverbrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease and we will securely delete any data we hold on your behalf, unless retention is required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
